I could use a little help...

On the way to work the other day my speedo started jumping around and my shifting (auto trans) started acting weird.

So, having been around TDR for a little while, I thought "oh well, it is just my speed sensor in the rear differential, I'll check it when I get home. ".

When I tried to disconnect the sensor the connector broke off in my hand. I managed to get the broken end out of the old sensor but there looks to be no way to repair the connector. So here I sit with a new speed sensor installed and no way to connect it.

Any ideas where I can get another connector. (Unless I am missing something I should be able to splice a connector onto the existing wire harness)

Many Thanks.

Now on to that wet wheel that I just discovered while under the truck:mad:

The sensor in the rear axle is for the ABS, the sensor for speed is in the transmission or transfer case...

Sorry for the mistake. Thanks for the correction.

I also did replace that one as well. I figured that after 317,000 miles if one was going then the other couldn't be far behind:D
