Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) speedo inop until 30mph

I have a 99 2500 that while driving the speedo is at rest; until 30mph. then it starts working, also brake light is on, and the fluid is full.

I had the same symptons on my previous truck. 99 Dodge V10 2500.



Their is a sensor/hall effect located top of the diff housing. I think I bought mine for about $40. 00 a few years back. Easy to replace.
