Hi All,

My local dodge dealer has messed up the calibration setting for my speedometer, twice. First it was 7 mph off at 60mph and now that they fixed it again it is 10 miles an hour off at 60mph. I'm running stock tires 265/70/r17. Does anyone know what the setting in the computer should be set to? The gas station near my house said they would try. It would be nice to have a starting point to give them.

Thanks

Greg

Drop by house ,I'll fix it... ... . oh wait probably not worth a 1000 mile drive.

Just reset it to your stock setting with the drb.

They should never have changed anything for a gear change.

Greg, Tr to get a hold of someone up your way with a Smarty jr or senior. The speedo can be reset with them. Go back to the dealer and raise hell.

Greg,

If you don't mind driving over to my house in Shoreline this weekend, we'll connect up my DRBIII scan tool and get your speedo adjusted dead on. We can check it on-the-fly against a GPS while out on a test drive and set it perfectly.

Feel free to send me a PM or email through the forum if interested.

I want to give a big Thank You to this board and especially to John (JLandry) What my local dodge dealer could not figure out in 2 trips and 3. 5 hours. John was able to do in 5 minutes. My speedometer is right on the mark and all he had to do was put my tire size setting in his meter and voil'a it is back to being correct.
Thanks
Greg
