After having some work done which required removing the tach and speedometer, the tach and speedo are not calibrated properly. Tach reads 100 RPM at idle, speedo seems to be about 15 mph slow.

Is there a recalibration code required to be put in? Tire and wheels are stock.

Any help is appreciated!!!!

I didn't see anything in the service manual that directly correlated to your problem but it does say it automatically configures itself to match the equipment on the truck (such as whether you have an automatic and it should illuminate the related indicators). Try taking the negative cable off the battery for 5 minutes then reconnect and turn the ignition to ON and see if it re-learns for you. It's a longshot but worth a try.
