just finished my getrag conversion one problem now my speedo is way off used all the old parts out auto (gear & distance sensor)

If you didn't add the 90 degree speedo adapter, the speedo will read way too fast. There is about a 2/3 reduction built in this adapter.
 
Rear end ratio and tire size will affect which ratio you need. It's best to hook up the VSS directly to the transmission (which it appears you already have), then go down the road a known distance (10mi on interstate is good), and see how the 2 compare. Do some math and figure up which ratio you need.



Example- you're showing 17mi on a 10mi stretch. You divide 10 into 17, and get 0. 5882. Speedometer Service in Colorado Springs made me a custom ratio adaptor several years ago after I got my 91. Was about half what the dealer wanted, and the ratio was exactly what I needed. Only drawback was, it was the straight line offset, not the 90deg elbow, so it was a bit of a tight fit from the transmission to the crossmember.
