Speedometer recalibration

is their a gear you can replace to fix the speedometer when you put on bigger tires or a programmer

Up to 285's I beleive the dealer can do it, bigger than that takes an aftermarket programmer.

Your signature says you have a Smarty Programmer. It'll adjust the ABS computer (and by extension the speedometer) to accommodate tires up to 44" diameter in 1/10" increments.

They don't use gears any longer, there all electric with pick ups and speed sensors, the speed is set with a Dealer or your Smarty, the info should be in the Smarty book.
