Speedometer Sensor to Transfer case adapter

My adapter that mounts to transfer case came apart on the freeway and the gear fell out. It looks like it may have swung back and bounced off the ujoint knocking out the gear. Is this adapter available anywhere and does anyone have a part number? Or where I might get a used one? I have 3.54 gears. If the gear hadn't lost out I could have put it back together with jb quick or similar.
