Does anyone have the part number for the spicer u-joint for the rear diff/driveshaft?
I found an old number but it seems to be a discontinued/obsolete number. The number I have is 5-801x. This is a reg/cab long bed if that makes a difference.
Thanks!

Go here....http://www2.dana.com/expert/

Then select the K-350 U-Joint Catalog...

Hit the u-joint part number to the left in blue and it will take you to the dimensional information. Don't forget that our trucks are in there as "Ram 2500", not "2500"....

5-1410X -- about 27$ + s&h from summit racing. the u joint strap kit 3-70-28x, & i think it's about 8$.

ps - 5-1410X is pre-greased & sealed. no zerk fittings. sorry, but i don't know spicer's greasable counterpart.

5-160X would be the greaseable version. See Left Column of Dana Expert chart above.

i have used Spicer sealed u-joints since i got into these trucks in 1990,,tried the greasables a few times but they never lasted longer than the sealed Spicers, plus you need to be under your truck weekly to greases these things if you really want them to last,i usually get about 100,000 on them before i change them,,i really love the sealed units on the front axle joints,BUT if you're an offroader, all that is out the window, with the greasables, you can pump in new grease and push out the crap.

I have 5-1410X. I went to the Drive shaft shop and had the guy measure the truck. These are sealed no greaseable.

I have not put them in yet. I may be doing it later today. I will let you know if they do not work out

I just had the rear rear and the front front replaced on my truck. The invoice lists them as 5-160X and 5-213X (5-1203X). I believe they are spicer but I dont know which is for the front and which is for the rear drive line.
