Spin-on pre-filter set-up for pusher pump

I can't get your picture and I am interested in a filter before the pusher pump. I have looked at the "Earls" and would like to consider others. I also would like to hear if anyone else has found a different pre-filter they like?

I am particularly interested in setups that would not be too vulnerable out in the sagebrush.

I use a big spin on from detriot. I believe it is their standard base for 318's etc. They have the bases in stock and they aren't that much money. It is their primary base and they have a big filter really reas. It is about 12-14inch long or you can go after market right down to 4-5inches if clearance is a prob.
