LOOK LIKE A PRO
ACT LIKE A PRO
GET PAID LIKE A PRO Track performance is important to some extent, but the main component of a well organized sponsorship proposal is to convey to your potential benefactor what you can accomplish for them in real world positive exposure.
Here is a simple outline I use
1 what I have done in the past positive, that generative exposure.
List your accomplishments in racing , or what ever, show that you do community service projects , show that you do what you say you will.
2 what the proposed program will consist of, equipment, venues, dates, and opportunities to generate positive public image for them.
Tell them in detail what you can do for them , how this will generate the public awareness of their product. Not that you are the baddest and will bring home a big trophy, remember this is a business deal, and you need to convince them the dollar spent on you is better spent then a ad in the local news paper or on TV.
3 what I need from you to make this happen. You only get to dip in to the well once , so make a realistic list of what it will take to race or pull, discuss their being a associate sponsor if they are limited to a smaller amount then you need to do it right, remember you selling space on you uniform and truck , and the rights to use that in a positive manor for them, not how many stock head bolts sets you need to run , ill help any one that would like to see the proven proposal I use PM me
