2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission sport light wiring detail???

Does anyone have a detail on the the sport wiring? I want to put in relays while changin to sport headlights and am wondering about the 9004 and 9007 pin configurations. On a 97 model truck does the switch turn on the lights by grounding or is the switch in the hot side? You can PM me of my fax is 573. 204. 0668. thanks.

How about for a 99'. Found aftermarket housing and want to add that extra set of bulbs. Thinking about relays behind the housings if possible.
