Do you have foggy headlight lenses? Are your headlights dim?

Here's how to convert to a 4 bulb Sport Headlight setup on your '94 - '02 Rams.

On the early trucks you need to enlarge the bulb holes in the headlight buckets. This has pictures showing what to modify.

You need to install relays for the heavier headlight current, and you will discover night time light like you have not seen before.

This includes sources for the aftermarket Sport Headlights with bulbs, and for a wiring harness with relays to make trouble free operation.

Stock headlights use a single 9004 bulb on each side. These Sport Headlights use a 9004 and a 9007 bulb on each side. With the recommended relay wiring harness, you will light all 4 bulbs for high beam, and all 4 bulbs for low beam. Some people modify the wiring to light up all 8 filaments for high beam - to my experience that is not necessary. Using the relay wiring harness supplies power to the lights directly from the batteries so there's no voltage drop and the lights are bright.
