2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Spring Interchange question

Ok I have a 94 2500 4wd and as some know I'm looking for front springs.

My question is Is 94-01 the same or is it just 94-98. I seem to be getting conflicting info on this.

I'm looking at D25 springs and the listing at summit says 94-98 and then 99-01? I thought they were all the same spring

Please some one HELP. Snows on the way here and I need to get something installed

One other question. With the d25's do I have to replace the shocks with the extended ones or can i keep the originals at least for now?

You will have to replace the shocks if you go to a bigger spring and the springs are the same 94-01. My buddy tried running my old stock HD coils on his '99 and they fit right up, no difference in spring diameter.

Ok here's just an update on what I've found out on springs incase anyone is interested or has any other input on this subject.



After being on the phone with Summit as well as Off Road Warehouse the listing on the D25 is 94-2005 2500&3500 with CTD and V10 engines.

If anyone can tell me different I'd be interested in hearing about it before buying.
