I finally got to finish the install of my SPS 62 and AFE stage 2 intake, and just got back from my first test drive, and man does this thing spool quick, it builds boost as quick or quicker than the twins, i haven't real romped on it on the higher settings yet so i can't tell anything about temps yet, i'll put a`100 miles on it friday mostly interstate and i'll compare cruising temps.

The truck sounds totaly different, the afe intake is loud allot of wine, and there is just as much turbo wine coming out of the tail pipes and souds like you can hear every cylinder fire.

On a sour note, the exhaust is again very loud and abnoxios in the cab even with the MBRP resonator, i will miss the quietness of the twins!

When i started the truck i had 2 codes P0107 and P0073 anybody know what would cause these? and if they will clear?

I am also looking for a Y pipe 4 in 2/4 out so i can replace the MBRP muffler with one that actually muffles, and be able to keep my dual tail pipes.

P0107 Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit Low Voltage

P0073 Is ambient air temperature circuit

When you figure out why you got these PM me as I had these at one time too, I replaced both the MAP sensors, the air intake and the intake manifold and I never got these again, check to see if they are dirty also, At the time I didnt have my books, so I just replaced them, I never knew what actually happened to them, let me know and good luck

Those two codes will normally show up if you start the truck with the air intake sensor unplugged or not in the intake tube correctly. They should clear themselves if the sensor is in correctly.

I don't remember starting the truck without the sensor, but it has been in the garage for 2 weeks maybe it went bad or got dirty, but who knows i can't even remember what i had for breakfast anymore.

Yea the 62 is a big step backward in the cooling dept. but i realized i kinda lost track off my original plan for the truck, and since i did'nt race or pull i just decided to go with a nice single and turn the fuel back when i need to.
