Ok, how to make a long post not so long... .

Been working on my dads truck, this all started when I was over there and started noticing rather large oil spots under his truck. I just bought a house and lacked the time to work on it but did find oil coming out of every boot on the intake. He ran it to Garmon's and he said he found the oil return line on the top turbo had a crimp in it. Ok, oil leak is fixed. He was also having problems with long starts. A few months ago, to remedy this problem, i replaced all the fuel lines and fittings from the tank to the fass to the vp44 and back. The only one i didnt replace was the "T" on the return behind the block which he, at some time or another, hose clamped the return line to it. I figured this was the cause of air and never got back to it. Garmon's said that his PCM was bad, he had also been getting a few transmission codes and every once in a while it wouldnt come out of 3rd. So that was believeable. On his way back from Garmons, (about an hour ride) his truck died on him. (i wasnt with him) He got it home and I replaced the pcm, got the truck to start but it runs very rough. If I slowly and steadily press the gas it will wind up no problem at all, like normal, no wierd sounds, feels, anything. If I hit the throttle anywhere from trying to get out of a fire, to just a hard acceleration, it will sputter badly. If i hold it there it will eventually sputter itself up to the rpms, but its bad. I took it down the road and it drives the same way, barely into the pedal and slow acceleration it drives just fine, but any more then very slow it sputters bad. And im kicking myself for being forgetful but i cant remember if the fuel pressure was dropping off, im 90% sure it was. And it wouldnt make any sense at all if it wasnt. Has anyone had this happen? any ideas? place to start? I copied his truck from his sig, here it is

1999 2500, 4X4, Auto, FASS Lift Pump, Edge JWA CTS/Smarty, BD VP44, 150 HP RV Inj, SuperB Twin Turbos, ARP head Studs, Ringed head, Garmon billet transmission,Turbonectic Intercooler ,Hytec-Diff and transmission Covers, Air Lift Air Springs, ATS Co-pilot,

Any input would be great, at a loss as even where to start. Again it is the above truck I am having problems with, not the one in my sig. Thanks again
