Adding Acetone to Your Tank will give HUGE increase in Mileage....

Q&A 2006 diesel fuels information

yup, thats the Mexico version... it will not be what the 4500 will look like supposidly though. The 4500 is suppose to be based off the Sterling series medium duty trucks... so we will see what it really does end up looking like. Mexico has had the 4000 series for a few years now.

Ain't the Mexico 4000 the same as our 3500? I think they're the same. I believe the Mexico version is rated for more weight because our ratings here have more room for overloading before the components actually fail.

I read somewhere that they (all mfgs) were going back to the antenna in windshield to help on gas mileage, plus it is cheaper to make.

I will sacrifice 1/1000th of a mile per gallon to have a friggin radio antenna!! At least the place is still there for it! That is friggin CHEESIE! The tires/wheels look like 16's! (or 17's at best!) I bet the 4000 badge would turn some heads though... .

If you look closely, it doesn't have a radio in it. The wheels are 17's, the same wheels our trucks up here have. I've seen newer Ford XL trucks with no radio. I guess it all depends how utilitarian you want the truck. I would definitely want at least an AM/FM radio.

He needs to buy a can of black spray paint and cover up the weld marks on the quarter fenders
