2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Squeaking from the rear

I went out to lunch today and went over a small speed bump, maybe a little too fast trying to be first in line at the drive thru, but the truck started squeaking off and on immediately. It sounds like its coming from the rear and rotating. I'm wondering if I have a weak u-joint? Has anyone else had a similar experience, and does it sound like it could be the u-joint? It is continuous and loud as I'm driving.
