Squeeling noise w/ new injectors?

We put new Don M 40hp nozzles and rebuilt the bodies on our injectors on our '03 and now when I give it any throttle while traveling, it will have a really high pitch squeel like turbo whine, only louder and different. We tightened the intercooler boots, but we still have a noise. It does it w/ the edge juice on all levels. Should changing injectors change the way the engine sounds? Is this common.

I was also wondering about the smoke levels on the edge and what they do. I guess I am curious what the application is for these "smoke" levels.

Sounds like a intercooler boot to me.

we found it to be a bad intake gasket. Fixed that, but now we have ZERO power. Can't even get above 55mph w/ 10k trailer behind it.
