Stack Owners Check this set

Just picked up a couple of sets of Staxx Clamps for my buddies trucks... Found these from a guy over on the central coast this past weekend. They are cnc machined billet aluminium with stainless steel allen bolts. They are 7/8" thick ... and boy are they sweet. He said that he could do them in 5" - 6" and even 7"

Truck is quieter now that I have stacks(no muffler) than it was with a 4" exhaust with a muffler. Maybe it has something to do with the twin turbos...

One word of warning, make sure to put antisieze on the bolts or you may just end up having to break your clamps to get them off! I use turnbuckles with stainless eyebolts and aluminum bodies, after as little as 6 months exposed to the elements they will break before turning!

I was gonna say, stainless bolts in aluminum will probably currode pretty quick.

yes they will, being two dissimilar metals. The trick would be to use aluminum bolts if the clamp is aluminum.

well, the clamps have stainless steel bolts. Very cool clamps and I'd like to thank RHARVEY for posting them. Bruce the person that designed and makes them couldn't be a nicer guy. Big thanks to him also for helping me with getting a set. If anyone wants them, the number is posted above. He asked that you have patience as the # is his cell. The best time for him to be contacted is the evening Cali time. It's hard for him to take care of things while at work.
