2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Stack question

I was just wondering if one can or is running both stacks and a regular system with a valve to switch back and forth? Just curious, and if I ever decide to get stacked if this would work or bad idea?

My buddy did this on his truck and it works great! Contact cahammer and he will probably explain how he did it. If I can track him down today I will take some pics of his exhaust setup and post them.
