I'm getting ready to put a single 5 inch stack on my truck and am wanting to run the exhaust piping between the frame and bed and right up where the stack will be. My question is will I be able to do this with 5 inch elbows and pipe or am I going to have to settle with 4 inch until I get out of the bed. I can't come up in the middle of the bed either because that's where my auxillary fuel tank is going to sit some day. Thanks

Matt

i wish i had a pic to show you but i believe you might be able to. i put a piece of 5" pipe on the end of the stack and then welded the end up and drilled a whole for drainage. then we went back and cut a whole in the side of the pipe and slid a 4" piece of pipe in the whole and welded around it and then elbowed everything over and down and tied right back into my existing 4" exhaust. good luck!Oo.

still need bed space

got to leave room for a auxillary fuel tank to the left to fuel up the equipment. I guess one stack is better than none?
