Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Stacking A New Style Van Aaken with Superchips 3705?

I was just wondering if anyone has done this, or if anybody can discuss the pros/cons of doing this, or farther yet, the dangers of doing this. I recently bought a Van Aaken and i have a superchips 3705 programmer and id like to use them both if i can.

Usually stacking boxes, you use an edge ez (for timing) and stack it with a tst powermax 3 (fuel only, no timing). I know the new VA box adds timing and so does the Superchips? I just would not like duplicating the same timing/fueling, looking for trouble.
