I was wondering if you add 75hp injectors a van aken (60hp) etc will each new part give you relativily that much increase over stock? ie 75+60=135 hp increase?

No.

You can't keep adding up the numbers, otherwise I would be over 1000HP and since every mod was supposed to lower EGTs, I would only be pushing 300 degreees at WOT. :-laf

You do get some added effect from adding up mods. And sometimes, it works out that 2 mods build more or less power than each of thier ratings.

What are you trying to accomplish? Or are you trying to figure out where an additional mod will put you?

just trying to understand how it all works and to decide which direction to go with mods. thinking dd2's van aken smaty. should produce good power and torque with little to moderate smoke and good driveability (not sports car but fun to drive) tia

I'm running DD2's, the Van Aaken, and a Blue Chip APB. Most of the time I run around with the box off as the injectors and timing are a good combination. A slight haze when I step on it, but that is about it. Nice, smooth power too.

Later,

Will
