Stacks with bedliner

Anybody have stacks with a spray in bedliner? I just got my first cummins, an 01 2500, and I am going to put 5" stacks on it, but I want to know how to keep the heat from hurting a spray-in bed liner. Thanks in advance,

when i put mine on i just cut a hole with a hole saw and cut the liner back about a quarter inch. that was about 2 yrs. ago and i havent had any problems.

I've got mine tucked up nice and tight with no problems at all. I was worried about it at first but 40k+ with no problems. Where it comes thru the bed it's within a 1/4 inch of the edge and no signs of melting there either. Just try to give it about 1-1/2" of clearance all around and you shouldn't have any problems at all.

ive got the rhino spray in bed liner, and have been runnin stacks now for about a year with no problems. i read somewhere that the material they use with the spray in bed liners is flamable? after my 22 hour journey back home to texas last month with no problems, i figured that was just some BS...

Line-X in the bed, not even NEAR a year old



Cut a 4" hole in the bed for the downpipe of the crossbox, and then drilled 4 holes to bolt it down. I don't think the crossbox gets very hot at all, although I haven't tested this theory. I'm sure on a LONG trip it would, but so far stacked since 12/31/04 and no probs. Oo.

I have a tight hole That my stack runs through, with a Rhino linner no issues at all if it melts its probably not a quality linner.

I have a plastic bedliner with a 6" hole for the 5" pipe.



All enclosed with no heat problems.



Plus it keeps all my crap from rolling under the toolbox.
