Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) stall at light

1995 12 v auto and idles at lights like its under a load and whene you turn steering wheel not moving does not do this all the time

What's your idle set at? There is a 10mm jam nut on the back of the injector pump. Loosen it up and adjust the idle by twisting the screw that the jam nut is on. It should be 850 rpm in gear with the AC on.
