Hi everyone,

so about a month after installing my F. A. S. S. my truck stalled about on me in town..... fuel press got a bit eratic, went up to 18 down to 10 and it stalls, a few minutes of cranking and some cursing it will fire up and run good. its done this to me a few times now..... :(

the other thing i have noticed is that when i have less than about 1/2 a tank it starts dry, like it take a few cranks for it to fire off, could this all be related??

local diesel shop says i my have a cracked line in the tank? says i should replace the whole stinger in the tank. is this a problem on our trucks?? has this happen to anyone eles?? also said the check ball in the f. a. s. s could faulty??? anyone heard of that???

full tank it runs like a champ, starts good, no stall, all kinds of power. but when it has less, it has..... less...

any help would be great. Thank god my buddies with hemis didn't see me dead in traffic... ... :(

Fass stalling

My problem was it being hard to start after mine sat for a while. When the tank got low my fuel pressure would get real erratic but it never stalled out on me. My problem was the quick connect or fuel module suction line was letting air in. I made some upgrades to my fuel module and that seems to have taken care of my problems. Here is the link to what I did on mine.
