I was just wondering if anybody else has ever noticed that this stuff gels in the bottle at cold temps. ? I've been keeping it in my truck toolbox and it gets to be like jello in there. A couple mins. over the heater and it's all good, but my question is how can this stuff prevent gelling when it itself gels? Albeit, we have had some ridiculous cold temperatures here in the last month or two but I was still quite surprised to see this. I still heated it up and put it in, but it sure did make me wonder though... .

I've had the same situation here in Colorado. I have run down to 35 degrees below zero with no problems. My understanding is the stuff goes into solution in the diesel fuel and works as supposed to. If you are going to carry it in cold weather, you will have to find a way to keep it warmer, maybe in back of the cab in a sealed container of somekind.

I haven't had that problem, but it's only been down to 10+ around here. I keep the bottle right behind the drivers side seat belt re-winder and haven't had any leakage, etc... .
