P2509 code and truck won’t start

Lost trailer brakes and brake lights

That will take a fair amount of duration to get to with near stock sticks. Likely if you’re after low end power you will hit the torque limit first.

Also, the turbo will be a limiting factor if your looking for a towing setup and even not towing 490 would be quite hot on a HE341.

A good all around tune, without out really pushing duration, rail pressure, or timing would likely net you 400/850 for street and 350/800 for towing with those injectors and turbo.

I can live with that, not trying to brake things, just rip foundations out. The 341 screams already near the factory fuel cut, If I need a bigger margin for reliable operation I'll just bump up to a 351. Any drive line concerns for factory components near 800 ft lb?

You should be fine at that level. My 05 was putting ~850 to the ground on my tow tune, which I ran all the time. I only rarely fell got heavier than 24K GCW. It also had a NV5600.

See signature for hp/tq numbers and date. Although I rarely haul or tow weight that's the setup I've had for a really long time.
To your question:
"Any drive line concerns for factory components near 800 ft lb?"
With the clutch you have you should be fine. As to the trans & diff, they're pretty robust. As long as your running quality lubricants and staying on top of change intervals they should provide years of service and most likely the body will begin to rust before you experience driveline issues.
Examples for my truck, at least:
- PO was a Mason contractor. When I first saw it at the dealership (found it online) it had pee gravel stuck in the bedliner ribs and a ton of change & pictures of jobsites with a trailer attached and various types of equipment such as a pretty big backhoe on said trailer. They worked it.
- heaviest I've hauled, about 3 years back and with roughly 235k miles (now 255k) when my daughter and I took her car, 01 Sable loaded to the headliner sitting on a U-haul car carrier, bed loaded to where the hard tonneau just closed and rear seat area packed to just below back window from our home in Levittown PA to Marysville WA. I figure total weight including truck was around 13k# maybe more. Now this trip was probably 80% flat but it pulled the Snoqualmie Pass (long 5-7% grades 65 mph speed limit) with what seemed to be the truck saying "dude, thanks for the light workout". Not going to try to BS you like I've heard others say "like it wasn't even there". But the truck loved the trip.
Sorry for long winded reply but the essence is, I feel your stock trans back will be absolutely fine.
Happy Trails
