Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Starter issue

Okay, I will try to make this as simple as possible.

01 truck with everything. . Twins etc. . Drove it on Turkey day, next day no starter. Nothing! Battery's are fine. . I am thinking there's a fuse somewhere. But where. . When the wait to start light is on, if I try to turn it over, nothing and the light still is on while the heater cycles. before it would turn over and the light would go out. (Plus it would start) Does anyone please have an idea? I really don't feel it's the starter itself. .

Please advise all.

Check fuse D in the Power Distribution Center (under the hood).

same issue

I replaced the 20 amp with a 25 amp and again. Boom. What else should I be looking for. I really hate to have this down. Any replys would be helpful.
