Starting problem cp3

I have a 2007 5.9 2500 that recently is been acting up. Wont start!! I change the Cp3 pump change the map sensor, hight pressure sensor. I replace the intake heater also replace with a new fuse for the heater. When truck turns on she can be on for hours and no problem. I haven't lost any power runs great no weird noises.. mechanic told me that when the truck is cold fuel has barely any pressure in the fuel rail when hot good pressure.. fue pump turns on.. I need some help

Injectors next, if they bypass too much fuel rail pressure never builds high enough at cranking rpms for the ECM to fire the injectors. Needs in the area of 3000 psi at the rail when cranking at 200 rpms to initiate a firing sequence.

Have you checked the HPRV for leakage?
