I bought a brand new 22' Stealth Titan SE enclosed car hauler for my 1973 Plymouth Pro/ET drag car. Very nice trailer but had some very severe quality control issues. After getting it home, I did a walk around and found six missing screws from the trim that goes around the exterior at the top of the trailer. I also found one missing screw from a marker light. The jack on the tongue was loose and could be moved around. These are minor. The most severe was the four floor mounted D rings. Not a single one of the 16 attaching bolts had a nut on it. I am glad I did not strap the car down and go towing with it! Maybe it's just me but a $7.5K car hauler that is brand new should not require me going around following up on what should have been done during QC. The dealer I bought it from is just that, a dealer. However, the customer service was outstanding from this dealer! Chandra was my salesperson and Rick is the manager of OT Trailers in Bismarck, ND. Great people! Rick provided me with all the screws I needed and a nice check for my trouble and to get the hardware for the tie downs. So this is not a dealer complaint! Love the trailer! If you are buying a trailer built by Stealth Enterprises, look it over very carefully!
