Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) stearing box

i would like to know why my stearing box did not work it froze and had to heat it to get my stearing going i have only 20000 on this truck can any body help . has any other out there had this problem it got around 31 32 out thanks:{

I would

suggest change the PS fluid to Valvoline Synthetic I have had problems with PS fluid foaming and causeing brake and steering loss. I changed my fluid. DC has failed to address the problem so I am my own Warranty station thanks to info gained on the TDR. LOL
