Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
On the TDR I read once about being able to replace the needle bearing on the output shaft (pitman arm side) of the steering gear box.
I have a freind who has a failed bearing there but no fluid leak. Dodge sells the seal to go in there but not the bearing itself.
