Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) steering box frozen

had to use propane torch to heat up steering box . had to go to dc, they changed the fluid to see if that would fix it, ???? has any body had this problem. thanks

Where do you live that it gets that cold??? It gets below 0 here every winter adn I have not had that happen. I sounds like you got water in side somehow

southern minneasota, it got down to 25 degrees when it froze both times. ill find out in the next week and then we will see if it does it again
