Steering Box Rebuild

The garage that performs alignment work on our '96 2500 4x4, is saying it is to time rebuild the steering box. Is it best to do that or purchase some upgraded one?

Also considering Synergy 1994-2002 Dodge Ram Heavy Duty Steering Kit.

I have used a Red Head steering box. It has been in the truck for three years now with no problems.

Borgenson is twice the size ans super strong.
I would try adjusting your current box first. Super easy.
