Steering column alignment

It is a small thing but it matters to me.

when you sit in my truck, the steering column looks to be mounted incorrectly.

1] all 4 bolts that support the column are tight
2] the plastic cover over the column appears to be on straight. turn signal shaft, gear shifter and hazard button all line up in the plastics correctly.

I want to install the gauge pod on the column but when I do I can not see the mileage.

Im gonna go with welcome to owning a Dodge, they were not the best for trim fitment. Good chance its not the steering column but the gauge cluster bezel, I have removed a few of them while working on trucks and they are fairly flimsy and easy to bend.
