steering column gauge pod

I am looking into detups for some gauges and was wondering for those who have the steering column mount,how does it mount and was there enough room for all the wires?I am looking to put the egt and transmission temp gauges in there and do the srt single gauge on the a-pillar. I am also up for any suggestions. Its for an 06 auto.

my column mount came with velcro and plastic fasteners that you drill holes and use. i lost all that stuff so i just let it sit there. it stays in place fine and all the wires just run down the column.

I am thinking about doing the same thing. Where did you buy your pod,and what color is it?

I used the velcro on mine, or you can use double sided tape, much harder to get off if needed. You kind of make whatever room you need. Works fine for me.

Used the pins and tape to secure the pod, then used Velcro to sandwich the RP gauge in between the two.
