Archived steering gear box leak on 3rd gen.

My 06 developed a leak on the steering gear box. Its got 34,000 miles on it. Any sources for rebuild kits? Out of warranty of course. Any ideas on why it started leaking with low mileage?

My son's jeep box was leaking from the top seal. I tried some lucas stop leak (guaranteed) and it worked!

Thanks for the link. My leak is definitely coming from the gear box itself though. Anyways, I also noticed an oil trace back by my transmission and rear of motor area. Could this be from the crankcase breather tube on the left side of motor? There is an oil residue at the end of this tube. Hope it isn't a rear main!! Keeping my eye on it.

napa has rebuilt @ about 245. 00
Mine went out at 35k and the napa is 15k old now and works as the original did.
