2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission steering issues w/ a 99

howdy folks. a buddy of mine has a '99 4x4 that he's put a lukes link and a dss deal (i think, that's the one that connects the two frame rails?) and is still having a little bit of wandering. he was wondering if a borgesen shaft would fix it, or if he needs to look elsewhere. thanks in advance for any info.

Probably needs a good alignment now, or he may just try a tire rotation if it hasn't beed done yet. Some good alignment advice on this site, do a search.
