2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission steering part from Canada

I had ordered a part from a fellow in Canada that bolted to the front frame and then the steering shaft went through a bearing at the bottom. This really tightened the front frame and solved alot of my steering problems however, I can't find him on the web, does anyone have any idea how to get int touch with him or the name of the product I bought. thanks
