I finally took her into the shop to see what all was wrong with my front end. The alignment guy said I needed a new steering box, Track bar, and inner tie rod (at pitman arm). I have decided to replace it all now instead of waiting till later. I've ordered all the parts but I want to replace all the rubber bushings with polyurethane, but I can not for the life of me remember all the names of the parts.

Does anybody have a picture or diagram with the part names for a '99 with the HD suspension?

I keep looking for these sorts of diagrams so I too can identify any mystery parts. But it's flipping hard to find decent diagrams. Here's one I found:

There are sub-components not identified:

The drag link consists of the outer/passenger/long end; the adjuster sleeve; and the inner/driver/short end. (3 pieces)

Same with the tierod: long/passenger tie rod end; adjuster sleeve; and short/driver tie rod end. (3 pieces)

Neither the drag link or the tierod come as complete assemblies and you will need to buy each component individually.

The sway bar ends or links are also multi-component and vary from year to year.

Got it. Thanks, just got back with a seat full of Moog parts. Now just have to wait for the borgesen parts and the steering box support.

Wish me luck, the truck hasn't broken in so long I'm not sure if I remember how to work the wrenches. ;-)
