I have a 2005 3500 with 4 inch lift and 35 inch tires. I added a BD Steering box stabalizer, BD adjustable trac bar and Dynatrac ball joints.

Ever since the trac bar and Dynatrac ball joints where installed every imperfection in the road can be felt through the steering wheel. I put a new steering stabalizer on with no change.

Any ideas out there? Can your front end be too tight? All other components seem to be in good order with no slop and I only have 90,000 miles.

Help, The road is ruling my steering.

Thanks for any suggestions.

If the ball joints or the bearing in the brace are binding it will give a strange feel to the steering I would recheck the work before it becomes a bigger issue

I installed DYNATRAC ball joints about 8 months ago. They were stiff, and the front end was exhibiting the same symptoms as yours. Things got much better after a few thousand miles.
