steering response at diff speeds

I went out for a little drive today and noticed something odd. At 40-55 the steering seems to act a bit sensitive, easy to overcorrect. Then I got on the interstate and at speeds of 70-80+ it felt smooth, no twitchy feel. Any ideas?

Same here. My steering is acceptable now after 3 steering boxes, Delphi steering box corrected most of mine, but still wanders a little from 40 to 55 mph, easy to over correct. Over 65 mph it steers pretty good. Must be the nature of the beast.

My complaint on a 2wd 99 that at lower speeds 60mph and below that it is mushy or vague but at progressively higher speeds as 75 in Nevada It was better
