I have had my 02 front end replaced with all new Moog parts but it still wanders. I am continually having to make small corrections one way and then the other. If an officer were to follow me I'm sure he would stop me. It makes me nervous to drive in heavy traffic on a freeway. Does anyone know of a good shop in the Fresno, CA. area that is aware of Dodge steering problems? Ball joints, track bar and tie rod ends replaced. Thanks, Ken.

Do a search here for 'steering coupler'. Some guys have issues with them and there are fixes available. Another suspect part might be the steering box itself. Worn control arm bushings are yet another oft-overlooked problem. Anything that moves; wears. One worn component usually accelerates the wear on others, too.

Proper alignment is the final step, and the factory specs are way too broad:

There was a post discussing all of this recently. Be aware that once you have a tire start wearing badly (maybe from before you replaced your steering components), or with out-of-round, cord separation, etc problems, it will NEVER run or wear true again.

My buddy is the service manager at Alltech Automotive in Clovis, ask for Billy and tell him that Al recomended you. They have great front end people and alignment rack. The deffinately know how to work on Dodge front ends. We spend a lot of time working withh mine alone.
