2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Steering shudder

I have a shudder in the steering when turning at very low speeds (e. g. turning into and out of driveway). It is getting worse. Dealer has replaced power steering pump twice and steering gear once without results. Brakes have just started with a shudder when slowing from about 25 mph to stop. Dealer won't do any more until problem worsens. Any ideas? Thanks.

Can we get more info on the truck? Is it 2WD or 4x4? If it's a 4x4, check the front axle u-joints. Of course, I'm sure the dealer already thought of that.
