CAM, did your dent come after an alignment? Folks need to beware after an alignment that the tie rod adjustment coupler large side isn't facing forward. Looks like there is plenty of room with the wheels pointed straight ahead but in a hard turn it will hit the stabilizer denting, bending or ripping it open. All it takes is a quarter turn to get right, won't affect your alignment.

I'm just looking for a single replacement stabilizer. I don't need a dual stabilizer, a chrome plated stabilizer, or a new mounting bracket. Anyone know where to get a direct bolt in replacement stabilizer for 2000 3500 4x4??

Part numbers will be a big help.

I'm running a Rancho RS5404 and am very happy with it. DO make sure it comes with the correct bushing however. Dodge for reasons beyond my comprehension made at least 2 different versions for the 94-2002 4x4s.

Does that Rancho RS5404 fit in the stock location, or did you have to use their mounts? I asked about a Rancho steering stabilizer locally and the only thing the guy came up with was one that clamps with u-bolts to the axle and steering components.

Not that I mind using their mounts, just figured it is a little overkill for street driving. I just prefer to put one back in the original place.

Just as another option, Heckethorne makes them too, and they have both the tapered and non-tapered studs... but you must specify which you have when ordering.
