I replaced the shock at 35K and got rid of the death wobble. I now have 70K on the truck and the DW is coming back. This time when I replace the shock I will have to pay for it not Dodge. Anyone know of the best brand of replacement steering stabilizer shock I should put on ? This is the ONLY problem I have had with this my 4th Dodge diesel, and, I tow most of the time!

I would go with the KORE Fox Steering Stabilizer. Having said that, I would also look at other causes for your DW. Check tie rods, alignment (at least 5* positive caster). E rated tires seem to help keep the DW down too. Just don't get into the habit of relying on the stabilizer to cure DW. The problem probably lies elsewhere. Good luck. :)

Hey, Thanks for the help. I checked my front end the first time the DW struck but not this time. I did just switch to a lighter tire. It is hard to get snow tires for the 17' rims in any but a light tire. In Maine, we are not allowed to put on a larger tire, so, I am stuck.
