Steering Stabilizers

Are they worth putting on? Who makes a good one?

I used a kit from Rancho with dual stabilizers. I couldn't tell any difference. The kit fits, but not the best. Just my 2 cents. alonzo

Skyjacker.....

I have a Skyjacker (single unit) Steering Stab on my 1992 First gen. I've always been happy w/ it's performance.



However, I smacked it against a rock while on Vacation in Mexico's Copper Canyon last week and broke the attachment bracket. I took the unit off and drove it home w/o the Steering Stab and the truck drives exactly like when it was in place.



I'm not certain that it's a required piece of equipment.....
