I have just finished installing a Borgeson steering shaft in my 2005 Dodge 4x4 diesel truck. This was a model # 951 shaft. I got the steering wheel end connected with no problem, but when it came to the steering box end,ah!
another story. The shaft was 2 inches to long and it had to be cut down to the proper length. Success !!!! The firewall boot is a pain in the buttttttt
to re-install due to the air intake and the master cylinder in the way. Not as easy as they say it would be. For those diesel owners,you have your work cut out,thanx for listening,Roger M. Worcester,Ma:
