Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I've got a 97' 2500 that could use either a new (from a junkyard) steering wheel, or a lot of TLC. The main problem is that the horn button on the left is stuck. Because of this my horn is disconnected. I've put a little effort into trying to clean around it with no results. Has anyone else come across this problem? My Dad has a 97' 1500, and he is beginning to have the same problem. It's pretty embarassing to blow the horn at someone for 30 seconds.
If I decide to replaces my St. Wheel, will it be possible? My steering wheel is scratched up pretty bad too, that's the other reason I'm interested in replacing it. A steering wheel cover just seems to simple!
